Dialysis Machines Donated to Cape Coast Teaching Hospital
Later on Friday, 12th December 2025, the Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, joined Asaase Foundation and Asaase Broadcasting Company Ltd in donating two dialysis machines to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital—an important boost to healthcare delivery in the Central Region.
In his remarks ahead of the official presentation, Hon. Arthur described the donation as a strong example of how effective private sector partnerships can complement government efforts to strengthen Ghana’s healthcare system. He expressed sincere appreciation to the Asaase Foundation, emphasizing that the gesture goes beyond the provision of equipment, serving as a vital lifeline for kidney patients and others in need of critical care.
The Mayor reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that expand access to quality healthcare and called for sustained collaboration between public institutions and private organizations to improve health outcomes for the people of Cape Coast and the wider region.
