Cape Coast Hosts Cultural Exhibition Showcasing Ghana’s Heritage

The Mayor of Cape Coast, George Justice Arthur, joined key stakeholders in the creative arts and tourism sector for the opening of a photo exhibition themed “The Black Star Experience,” held as part of activities marking Ghana Month 2026.

The event brought together distinguished personalities, including Barbara Asher Ayisi and Rabbi Kohain, alongside other patrons and art enthusiasts.

The exhibition, curated by renowned photographer Uncle Fynn, was organized in collaboration with the Centre for National Culture, Ghana Tourism Authority, and the Ghana Museums and Monuments Board.

Through powerful visual storytelling, the exhibition highlighted Ghana’s rich cultural heritage, history, and identity, offering patrons an immersive experience into the essence of the “Black Star.”

The initiative underscores the importance of arts and culture in promoting tourism and preserving national identity, while reinforcing Cape Coast’s role as a key hub for heritage and cultural expression.
